The forward furler

The forward furler was bent and broken when the mast broke. Here's how it looked right after the mast broke. If you look at the bow of the boat you can see the furler bending over the bow pulpit. The large curve in the front of the sail permenently bent the aluminum furler.
I had to take it apart and as you can see there are 5 sections of the furler that are not straight anymore. I will have to replace these 5 sections and the 4 connectors between the sections along with the first (bottom) connector. A lot of money for a few pounds of aluminum.
